I recently had a one-on-one coaching session with Kim via screen share. I was experiencing a significant mental block re: the technical end of Lightroom— feeling simply unable to wrap my mind around the basic organizing principles, the workings of the software (or my computer), and/or how to proceed. I was frankly pretty paralyzed in my frustration and feelings of overwhelm. Kim kindly walked and talked me through my questions and confusions. She was gentle in her instructions, encouraging in her support, and genuinely enthusiastic for me when things did click…all the while being completely generous with her time and knowledge, and uncommonly patient (without ever giving me the sense that she was having to be patient). I often need to repeat concepts or actions— or have them repeated to me— many times over before they sink in, but never once did I feel like that was a bother. The session proved to be a game changer for me and I would highly recommend a one-on-one coaching session with her to anyone. I have no doubt but that I’ll be turning to Kim as a valuable resource in the future again myself. – Shannon Jackson
Kim is a devoted teacher whose goal is to help others understand and enjoy LR as much as she does. When I found myself in some organizational trouble while using my folders, she led me through step by step until the problem was rectified. Without her one on one assistance, I was facing a sleepless night as navigating the problem just seemed overwhelming to me. It turned out to be a relatively small issue but it took some significant time to rectify. All the while she patiently utilized troubleshooting and direct teaching to restore my catalog to the proper order. Kim goes above and beyond for her students so I can highly recommend Kim’s Lightroom individual tutoring if you are someone who needs a little more instructional guidance. It can make all the difference! – Kathy Pardell
Thank you so much Kim!
You are wonderful! I learnt so much and it didn’t feel like “work”. – Amy Charles
