maybe you can relate?

Worrying is carrying tomorrow’s load with today’s strength- carrying two days at once. It is moving into tomorrow ahead of time. Worrying doesn’t empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength.
— Corrie Ten Boom

I woke with worry. It happens some days.

I opened my journal and wrote it all onto the page.
making s p a c e between me and my thoughts helps a lot.

then I wrote this question.

what if today…
I could imagine something better?

Some days I answer, some days I simply close the page and get on with the day.

Perhaps you can relate?

A quote I love goes something like this…

‘worry is simply the misuse of our imagination.’

Today, let's use our amazing imagination for good. Like creative dreams, possibilities, and all the lovely things.
