This Chair and a Few Inspiring Instagram Accounts

Day 8 of 31 Days of Blogging

I posted this reel on Instagram with the caption…
’if i had to pick’
then listed 5 of my can’t live without props.

Any guesses what they might be?
Click HERE if you’re curious at all.

One prop I did not list was my ‘orange’ chair.
Definitely a fav!
First my grandparents', then my parents', now ours.

Perfect for pictures. For sitting, not so much.

When it comes to Photos, Not all chairs are Created Equal

Have you ever taken a chair pic and it seems disproportionate? Or certain angles just aren’t good?
It’s a thing!!

Not all chairs are made for pictures.

Hmmm, this could be an interesting series. A studio chair at a time.
Set up my tripod, and photograph one at a time against my white or chalk black wall.
Maybe make it a stop motion, a timelapse, a mix of both.

Inspiring Instagram Accounts

Enough about my chairs. : )
How ‘bout a few inspiring Instagram accounts you may or may not follow.

Kelsey Lee Schmidt. I love Kelsey’s work.
It’s minimalish, clean, fresh.
Her Instagram feed is a dream. In fact it was Kelsey’s white borders that finally pushed me to do the same on my feed.
This pic, this dip, this pic.

And speaking of diptychs. My beautiful friend/client/kindred spirit Michelle Mollinga gave herself a diptych challenge awhile back and it’s been LOVELY to follow on the Insta.
And they’re looking absolutely perfect on her new site.

Then there’s Harriet’s magical world. A beautiful dream.

And wouldn’t you love to live in this picture or this. All Mari’s images are beyond.

Everything about Tessa’s feed is so beautiful. The tones. This series. Love. so much.

And Dee’s world. Gah. This reel. Her camper van situation. Her duck. It’s all so hope filled and fun.

Over to You

Who’s inspiring you, these days.

Please share in the comments below.
And as always, thanks so much for stopping by.

Until tomorrow.
