Thinking about our thinking can move us from stuck to look out here we come.

Intentional thinking is a super power.

Writing your thoughts down (thought streams) allow us to make space between who we truly are and want to become and the limiting thoughts keeping us stuck.

Better Thoughts

I'm not talented enough. I have unique skills and perspectives that make my work valuable.
My work isn't good enough. My work is always improving and I'm proud of my progress.
I'm not creative enough. I have unlimited creativity and ideas inside me waiting to be unleashed.
I can't make a living doing what I love. With hard work and dedication, I can create a career doing what I'm passionate about.
I'm too old/young to succeed. Age doesn't define success, and I have the skills and experience to achieve my goals.
I don't have enough resources. I'm resourceful and can find creative solutions to any challenge that comes my way.
I'm afraid of failure. Failure is a natural part of growth and helps me learn and improve.
My work isn't original enough. My unique perspective and experiences make my work one-of-a-kind.
I'm not confident enough. I have the power to boost my confidence and believe in my abilities.
I'm not successful enough compared to others. Success is subjective, and I am proud of my own accomplishments and progress.
