Episode Ten. This is Blowing My Mind

If you only listen to one episode of this podcast, I hope it’s this one.

I accidentally (maybe not accidental at all) stumbled upon a new-to-me inspiration this week.

Trevor Moawad

In 2021, Trevor Moawad passed away at the age of 48. He was a sport psychologist who had worked with notable professional athletes such as Russell Wilson and authored the books "It Takes What It Takes" and "Getting to Neutral."

Though I have only just begun exploring his ideas, I am eager to share what I have learned so far.

Pour a cuppa, put in your ear buds and have a little listen.
And as always, I’d love to hear your thoughts, in the comments or in my Insta-Dm’s.
