did not disappoint

Should I. Shouldn’t I?
Was the thought spinning in my mind. The sun was shining. The temps were just right.
But part of me just wanted to stay home.
After all I was up for the sunrise and at the studio all day long.
: )

But I decided to override my monkey brain and just go.

Once I was up and on my way, all the should I, shouldn’t I’s faded away.
I drove to the valley, about 15 minutes from town. It’s beautiful there all day long.

Open fields, forest, and the Deerboine colony where we get our vegetables.

Before I left, I was thinking…
Would magic hour be later in the valley than up in town? My brain is the worst with things like that.
: )
Then, I decided to stop thinking and just go and see the sun!

The first pic is a back road to the colony. I’ve never seen it at sunset. Oh my word, it was beautiful.
I drove a bit, clicked, clicked….walked, clicked, and so on.

Open fields.
Sky for miles and a beautiful sunset that did not disappoint.

And then came Blue Hour.
Time to head home.

Sunrise, sunset. Which is your pick?

For me. Sunrise with a few special requests.
just a little cloud and a gentle breeze too.
: )

What ai do know for sure.
When we show up there will be gifts waiting for us.

Join us this week for the See the Sun challenge.
You may be surprised by what comes.
